    prepare your home for showings. I pay for the initial consultation.

  • Your home profiled in a color brochure with exterior and interior photos.

  • Place a sign in your yard or window for exposure to local traffic.

  • Install mechanical lock box on your home for broker entry.

  • Schedule regular open houses, 1or 2 a month if possible.

  • With a detailed flyer I will notify neighbors and local business about the specific features of your home.  Studies have shown a high percentage of potential buyers are generated within your own area by referral or directly from your neighbors.

  • We are members of RELO – The largest independent relocation network company in the nation. Over 2000 offices nationwide may refer a buyer who wants to see your home.

  • I will contact agents that have shown your home for feedback so that you will know the level of interest from potential buyers. If you have e-mail you will get feedback at the same instance I receive it directly from the other agent.

  • Over 2000 people come through our two office buildings daily. We office in a 10 story Wells Fargo building in Lakewood and a 6 story professional building in Aurora where we post available properties so that these people know that your home is on the market.

My office has a receptionist 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. We will contact you immediately regarding showing your home at your earliest convenience.
